I would just like to say congratulations to Inverse Logic for having such classy members in your guild. But, before we get into the good stuff, let's preface things a little bit...
Everyone on the server, in the "big 4" (rofl) anyway, has an idea of who I am, whether they have ever had actual contact with me or not. Most of them have a negative opinion, based solely on things they've heard. Good for you!
I've been accused of cheating (MQ), training, and kill stealing. To be perfectly honest, none of those apply to me. Unyielding cried hacks whenever his wizard couldn't kill my Shaman in a duel, and then he ran his bitch little cleric in to heal him when a Shaman was spanking that ass. Surprise retard, I'm pretty fucking good at PvP. I cite this, because this was the first time anyone had cried hacks, and from then on out whenever people saw me owning the crap out of stuff that they couldn't kill, while using less people, I would hear the old "MQer!" comments from the retards in the back again because they don't understand the abilities of the classes that I play (Shaman and Warrior). And of course, everyone knows some guy who had a friend that I trained to take a camp, or I ran up with all the DPS that a Shaman and Warrior box possesses and "kill stole" their mob. Completely laughable to anyone who isn't a retard.
Enter Convorteum and Inverse Logic.
Summoner Nekitos is up, but our rogue that's been running through the zone since the servers came back up said that a group of IL was there. Obione, Phyros, Krinsh, Ahasuerus, and Bbirk to be exact. Well there's like 8 other named up in the zone, so we start knocking those out. Dangerman/Unstopable oocs to let us know where he's at, so we respect his camp which had 2 named up at it, because he's there and clearing for them.
5 named and respawn later, Summoner Nekitos is still up, so of course we go up to see what the deal is. Same IL group sitting in the same exact spot, without a single dead mob to show for their whole time they've been there. As soon as they see me, they start pulling mobs and tell me in /say, "You better not even think about it!" Of course my reply is, "fuck you nerd, we're already on the way." The hilarious thing being, this Ahasuerus nerd is dying to trash with a merc and Bbirk "healing" him. I say "healing" him because he dies like 3 times to trash before the rest of our mini-raid (8 people) can even run up to the top floor.
But, fair is fair, and they did actually clear the trash to Summoner, so we make a hole ourselves kinda close by and we're going to let them have their fair shot at him. So they pulled him and of course Ahasuerus dies before the named is even at 90% hp. So I'm in guild chat telling my guys to get ready to go as soon as they're all dead and his adds despawn and he regens back to full. Well I guess these fucking retards got lucky, because Bbirk's Preincarnation buff fired, Phyros runs over to our group and dies with Summoner in tow. Bbirk camps while DA from Preincarnation.
I find this to be exceptionally hilarious. Here's a bunch of nerds that pretend to have Fippy and Beast "on farm," and they're still willing to train a grouping guild who is going to kill a group named mob if they can't kill it. Keep in mind that it spawned on server-up. Their sense of entitlement was "well we got here first." when what they really did was get there, throw down a campfire, and hope like fuck that they had more guild mates log on to help them before we were ready to kill "their" mob. There is even further proof that these shitbags are clueless, no-class retards, in that we gave them their first shot at the mob, without interfering. They couldn't even return the same respect that worthy adversaries show one another.
Now let's define a few terms.
Cheater - Someone who uses third party programs to gain an advantage over everyone else. More specifically, in context with EQ, it's using MQ to warp to mobs and ghostkill. It's always been said that it takes a cheater to catch a cheater. I found that especially interesting in a conversation that I had in Convorteum with a member of Ethereal Kindred a few weeks ago, someone that I have known for a very long time, who mentioned to me that Obione had been "jumping around on his map" ever since he got in the zone and that mob corpses were appearing at random locations throughout the zone. I don't know what ghostkill is, I don't know what ghostkill does outside of the fact that you're supposed to be able to kill mobs without ever dying. That just seems strange to me, that's all I'm saying.
Kill Stealing - Attacking a mob that has been PULLED AND ENGAGED by another party, or person, with the intent of doing more damage than they do and taking the kill. This can be done for many reasons. To gain loot, to keep others from gaining loot, to gain experience, to keep others from gaining experience, or just to be an all-out douche-cunt. I have never, and will never engage in the act of kill stealing.
First in force - Being first in force consists of being the first party ready to engage a mob, and acting upon that readiness before the other group can. First in force is shown. You don't just say, "Ok there's 10 of us here now, we can kill this mob." Don't tell me about it, show me.
Training - Being a low-life faggot, to the point that you have been beaten by a mob, or mobs, yet instead of losing said mob, you bring it to the real group that can and is going to kill it, along with ~12 adds, with the intention of killing them and buying your loser douche-cunt fag friends time to recover. Synonyms include: Inverse Logic.
Meslow haters will be happy to learn that they did end up killing the mob with practically the same group-setup that we had (8 people and 4 mercs), but they still died like fucking newbs when the fight was over to his adds. You'll also be happy to hear that even after their faggotry, we still didn't train them when they pulled the named again. Nor did we loot their kill and destroy the loot.
I guess it's good to know that some guilds hold themselves to a higher standard. Reckless Endangerment owns you gimp bitches. Get skills nerds.
